Ingredients of Steam rice
Rice: 1 Glass
Water: 1.5 Glass
Salt: 1/2 Tsp
Oil: 1 Tsp

Process
1.Take a bowl add rice and wash properly.
2.soak rice for 15 minutes.
3.After 15 min add the washed rice in a pressure cooker and put water in it.
4.Add 1/2Tsp of salt and 1Tsp of oil in it.
5.Now close the lid of pressure cooker.
6.Turn on the flame of gas and put the pressure cooker on flame.
7.Put the flame high.
8.After 2 whistle turn off the flame and let pressure release by itself.
9.When pressure release open the lid of pressure cooker now we can see perfect soft whitish fluffy rice.
10.When you cook rice by this method you will enjoy whitish, fluffy and soft rice.
Ingredients of lentil soup
Lentil: 1/2 cup Red lentil and 1/2 cup pigeon pea
Ginger: 1/4Tsp chopped
Garlic: 1/4 Tsp chopped
Onion: 1 small chopped
Dry red chili: 2
Coriander leaves
Oil: 2 Tsp

1.Take a bowl add both lentil in it and wash 2 and 3 times properly.
2.keep lentil aside. Now cut onion, garlic, ginger into small pieces. You can also make paste of garlic and ginger.
3.After cutting all things turn on flame of gas and put pressure cooker on flame.
4.Add both lentil in pressure cooker and add water. Water must be 4 times more than lentil.
5.Now add salt according to taste and 1 Tsp of turmeric powder.
6.Now close the lid of pressure cooker.
7.Put the flame medium.
8.After 3 to 4 whistle turn off flame.
9.When pressure cooker take time to release pressure. In other side put pan on flame of gas.
10.Now add 2Tsp of oil in it.
11.put 1/2 Tsp cumin seed and 1/4 fenugreek seed in it. After that Add garlic , ginger and 2 dry red chili in it.
12.when it turns brown add onion and tomato.
13.When it turns brown add all cook lentil soup in pan.
14.Now cook lentil soup for 5 min.
15.Turn off flame and put lentil soup in a bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves. It looks yummy.
16.Now the yummy lentil soup is ready to eat with rice, chapati/ roti and naan roti.
