Ingredients For Palak Paneer


Palak: 250 grams, properly washed and chopped.
Paneer: 250 grams, Cut into cubes
Onion: 1 large, finely Chopped
Ginger: 1/2 inch, finely chopped 
Garlic: 4 to 6 cloves
Tomato: 1, chopped
Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon
Cloves: 5
Cardamom: 1 small, 1 big
Coriander powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 Teaspoon
Cinnamon: 1/2 inch
Green Chili: 1
Salt to taste
Ghee: 1 teaspoon
Oil: 2 tablespoons

To Be Blended:

Add all the whole spices to the mixer grinder and make a fine paste.

Step 1: In a Kadai, heat oil over medium heat. Add a half teaspoon of cumin seeds to it and wait for it to sizzle. 

Step 2: After sizzles add the green chili, onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté onions until golden brown.

Step 3: Add chopped tomatoes to it 
and cooked until they are mushy.

Step 4: Add the ground paste of spices to it including, coriander, red chili, and turmeric powders. Stir it and sauté it for one minute. 

Step 5: When the spinach has begun to crumble, add it.

Step 6: Stir in the paneer cubes after a gentle mix.

Step 7: Add Salt to taste and properly combine.

Step 8: Garnish it with cream, butter and some coriander. Serve hot palak paneer with steamed rice or roti.
