Ingredients for green chili pickle

Green chili: 250 gm
Black mustard: 5
 tbsp.
Fennel seed: 2 tsp
fenugreek seed: 1 tsp
Kalonji: 1 tsp
Cumin seed: 1
Carom seed: 1 tsp
Mustard oil: 4 tbsp.
Salt: 4 tbsp.
Vinegar: 4 tbsp.
Red chili powder: 3 tbsp.
Turmeric powder: 2 tbsp. 

Step-by-step process of green chili powder


Step 1: Wipe chilies with cotton cloth.

Step 2: Cut chilies into two straight part. Keep it aside.

Step 3: Take a pan on medium heat and add all whole spices in it and sauté it until it start crackle. 

Step 4: Blend it thick in mixer grinder.

Step 5: Take a big bowl and add green chilies then put spices, vinegar, red chili powder, and turmeric powder in it. Mix well.

Step 6: Heat oil in pan and leave it to cool down.

Step 7: Now add cooled oil in the bowl. Mix well. Now it's ready to eat.

Step 8: Take a jar and put all green chili pickle in it.
