Ingredients

1/2 kg of boneless, medium-sized pieces of chicken.
Onion, Cut two onions into cubes.
Red and green capsicums should be cut into cubes.
4 teaspoons of soy sauce
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 teaspoons sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon of garlic and ginger paste
1 teaspoon of grated ginger and garlic
1 teaspoon of chili flakes
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt as desired
3 teaspoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons corn starch ( optional)
4 tbsp. of oil


Making directions for chicken chili🐔

1. Place the chicken in a big bowl and let it marinate with  1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of corn starch, 3 teaspoons of all-purpose flour, cumin powder, chili powder, and 1 teaspoon each of garlic and ginger paste. Add two teaspoons of soya sauce and a little water, and stir well.

2. Deep fry the marinade chicken for five minutes.

3. Pour 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of sweet chili sauce, and 4 teaspoons of tomato sauce into a small bowl. To make a sauce, combine everything well and then add in 1 tsp of chili flakes.

4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.

5. Include 1 tsp of minced green chili and grated garlic and ginger. Cook it in a pan until it turns brown.

6. Include onion, pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
After 5 minutes of sautéing, add the sauce mixture. After cooking it for 5 minutes, add the fried chicken, and cook it for another 2 minutes.

7. The delicious chicken chili is now ready to eat. You can serve it warm with naan, chapatti, and steamed rice. Enjoy it.😋
