Conclusions

We all enjoy eating peas, but we don't know how healthy they are for our bodies. Peas are a good source of antioxidants, vitamins E, C, and zinc, which support a healthy immune system. All of these factors contribute to the decline of diabetes and heart-related diseases.

Tips

1. Add 2 pinch of turmeric and 1/4 tsp salt while frying potatoes. It gives color and taste to the potatoes.

2. Don't put peas directly into the oil because they split into two parts, which look very bad in curries. So always add peas to the masala while frying it.
