2. Ismein pyaaz aur hari mirch daal kar bhunein jab tak pyaaz sunheri brown na ho jaye.
3. Ab ismein adrak-lasun ka paste daal kar ek minute tak bhunein.
4.Ismein mutton daal kar 5-7 minute tak bhunein jab tak mutton sabhi taraf se brown na ho jaye.
5. Ismein biryani masala, tamatar, pudina, dhaniya aur dahi daal dein. Acche se mix karein aur 5-7 minute tak paka kar dekhein jab tak oil separate na ho jaye.
6. Ab ismein 2 cup paani aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein aur use boil hone dein. Aanch ko kam kar dein aur bartan ko lid se dhak kar 30-35 minute tak paka kar dekhein jab tak mutton tender na ho jaye.
7. Ek alag bartan mein 4 cup paani ko namak ke saath ubaal lein.
8. Ismein bhigoye hue rice daal dein aur use 70% tak paka kar dein. Paani ko chaan kar rice ko alag se rakh dein.
